2. What The Show Hole Is (and Is Not)

The Show Hole is an independent entertainment website that provides spoiler-light reviews, commentary, ratings, and other content related to television shows on streaming services such as Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Apple TV+, and others.

Our content is opinion-based and intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind (including legal, financial, or mental health advice). You are responsible for your own viewing choices and decisions.

3. Eligibility & Mature Content

This Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or provide any personal information.

We often review shows that include mature themes (for example: horror, violence, adult language, and other sensitive topics). While we try to avoid major plot spoilers, our descriptions may reference disturbing or emotional subject matter. Please use your own judgment and, where applicable, comply with local rating systems and parental guidance recommendations.

The Show Hole is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Apple TV+, or any other streaming provider mentioned on the Site. We do not host or stream TV shows or movies.

Any viewing or subscription decisions you make with a streaming service are solely between you and that provider, and are governed by their terms and conditions.

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
